Better sell something quick! I just bought a new car!

and I think I might be getting arthritis in my right hand index finger. That's just not right, is it?

*sigh*

arthritis in your hand as a writer is like losing a leg for a runner. I really hope it is just a random pain.

Congrats on the car, btw!

Yeah. It's a bit of a worry. Especially as I'm right handed. I'll get it checked out during the week and worry about it then!

The car is cool. Should be picking it up next weekend! :D

>getting arthritis in my right hand index finger

but you still have 9 working fingers, ten toes, a nose and 2 lips. Where the problem is?

A new car, how very cool! I love it whenever I get a new car, even when it's a used car, it's just a very nice thing.

Hopefully you slept with your fingers bent funny last night and are feeling the effects now. Or has this been going on for a while?

Good thing writing science ficiton short stories is very lucrative. You'll make up for that automobile splurge in no time.

I almost snorted soup out of my nose when I read that! :D

So what kind of a new car did you get? Make/color, etc. And why did you choose this one over any others?

Hubby occasionaly pokes around when thinking of replacing our 15 year old, almost 200k mile Honda. But then he seems to get over it quickly...

We're getting a Skoda Roomster, black, two years old with a panoramic sunroof and loads of bells and whistles. But we probably won't pick it up until Saturday. (boo hiss, want it now!)

It's a roomy family car, good fuel consumption, extremely reliable and apparently cheap and easy to maintain (no more huge mechanic bills). The sunroof is a bonus we weren't expecting but that was what was in the salesroom! Yay! It also has a very low mileage for a two year old car.
